The people you’ll actually work with.
Labrador is three co-founders across Maine, Wales, and Delhi. There are no account managers, and nothing ships without us: we conduct audits ourselves, quality-check each one, and polish every line of every report.
The founders
-
Grant Broome
Co-founder, CEO, Audit Orchestrator
Grant has spent more than 23 years in accessibility consulting, delivering work for the English Premier League, the BBC, Wimbledon, Virgin Atlantic, the NHS, Bentley, and Legal & General. Along the way he has founded multiple accessibility companies, including Dig Inclusion, which he directed through its acquisition by Nile.
At Labrador he leads the audit practice: WCAG audits, stakeholder discovery projects, and hands-on app testing across iOS and Android with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver and TalkBack, the screen readers built into iPhone and Android. His discovery work explores how accessibility maturity is embedded, and can be improved, across a business.

Shadab Saifi
Co-founder, CTO, Senior Auditor
Shadab is a full stack developer who has spent nearly a decade in digital accessibility, working with organizations across government, healthcare, education, finance, e-commerce, and enterprise software.
He is one of a small number of practitioners who hold all three senior credentials from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP): Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), and Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA). He is also a Section 508 Trusted Tester, certified by the United States Department of Homeland Security, and a JAWS Certified Professional (JAWS is another leading screen reader).

Sam Donnelly
Co-founder, COO, Senior Auditor
Sam built Labrador, the testing platform our audits run on, and is a digital accessibility specialist who has held IAAP's CPACC certification since 2021. His tech career began in design; accessibility is where it stayed. He delivered Haiti's first ever talk on user experience design in 2022, lectured on accessibility and inclusive design at California State University Northridge (CSUN) in 2024, and spoke on the same subject at PTC Digital, an S&P 500 company, in 2025.
He has directed accessibility for a digital agency with roughly 40 accessibility clients and has delivered audits across e-learning, AI chatbots, banking software, healthcare, large scale event planning, and e-commerce. Pictured with his dog, who declined to provide a bio.
