We’re here to make ourselves unnecessary.
Accessibility that depends on a consultant isn’t finished. We teach your team the craft itself: over lunch, in a conference hall, through a full day of hands-on training, or in a standing hour each week, until catching barriers early is simply how you ship. Then we get out of the way.

Ways to bring us in
-
Lunch and learn
An hour, your whole team, one topic done well: how screen reader users experience your product, what the European Accessibility Act asks of you, why overlays disappoint. We bring the session; you bring lunch.
-
Speaking
Conferences, offsites, and company all-hands. Our founders have taught and spoken at California State University Northridge (CSUN) and at Techstars, and we size the talk to the room, keynote to breakout.
-
Full-day training
Hands-on and built around your stack. Your team leaves having fixed real components from your own product, with the patterns to handle the next hundred.
-
Design and code reviews
Bring us mocks, prototypes, or pull requests before things ship. An hour of review early is the cheapest accessibility work there is.
-
Office hours
A standing block each week or month where your team brings whatever they’re stuck on. Over time the questions get harder; that’s the point.
-
Program building
We help you stand up the internal practice: component standards, a definition of done, checks in your pipeline, and clear ownership, so accessibility survives launches, deadlines, and reorgs.
Inside a full-day training
One day moves a team further than you’d guess.
The day is taught by our founding team, certified through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), and it is relentlessly practical: more time in your codebase than in slides. Developers get the deepest version; designer and product variants swap the afternoon for design-system and spec work.
Inside a full-day training
A sample agenda from a developer-focused day. Every training is rebuilt around your team's stack, product, and questions.

What we leave behind
The practice should outlive the engagement.
Leaving behind looks like this: accessibility notes in your component library, focus order in your design specs, a definition of done that includes the keyboard, and developers who catch a missing name in code review without us in the room. We measure a consulting engagement by how little you need the next one.
It doesn’t replace testing. Teams that ship accessibly still audit before making claims; the difference is that the audit comes back shorter every time. Consulting is how the findings list starts shrinking before anyone writes a finding.
The price
Priced on its shape.
A lunch and learn, a conference keynote, and three months of weekly office hours are different animals, so consulting is the one service we don’t publish a floor for. Tell us what you’re imagining and we’ll shape it with you: format, audience, cadence, and fee, all in the same one-business-day proposal.
Everything else we sell has its price in the open, on the rate card.

Tell us who’s learning and what they ship, and we’ll shape the session around them. Our founding team spans Maine, Wales, and Delhi, so someone’s online through most of your working day. Expect a scoped, fixed-fee proposal within one business day. A call is welcome, never required.
